We have a Pathology Collection Centre. Opening hours are 7:30 am to 10:30 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 8:00 am to 11:45 am. Services include blood tests (adult and children), Urine/Faecal tests, Helicobacter testing and throat swabs.
North Richmond Family Medical Practice is a mixed billing practice. Children under 16 years of age and Concession Card holders will be bulk billed.
Fees apply to services such as Work Cover, Insurance and Medicals and are payable at the time of the visit.

To support our community, we offer phone consults if you are COVID-positive,
recovering from a major accident or surgery. If you fall outside of this, please reach out to reception
to see if we can help you with your situation. Please be aware that Medicare regulations require that you have
visited our practice or have seen one of our doctors in the past 12 months to be eligible for telephone appointments.
We also welcome walk in patients. This is dependent on the doctor’s availability on the day, and you may need to wait or return at a more suitable time.
